Programme overview
Course structure and learning objectives
In times of uncertainty leadership in organizations is sought after and is essential in adapting business models to a changing geopolitical and economic environment.
In our 3-day workshop “Leadership in Disruptive Times” we are addressing the challenges that derive from this changing geopolitical and economic framework.
In discussing how we can adapt our business models and make our businesses more resilient we are looking ahead to discover new opportunities for companies in Europe. Tools in strategic foresight that help us in managing uncertainty are introduced and practiced during the workshop, supporting leaders in their decision making.
Participants are encouraged to share their personal experiences and reflect on what they have learned through specific exercises. The aim is to take an in-depth look at the current economic and political challenges and learn about tools that can help them cope with economic uncertainty.
This course can also be chosen as one of the required Deep Dive Workshops of the Advanced Management Program (Curriculum Track).
