Leading Sustainability Transformation takes you from the forefront of sustainability practices today to the innovative circular solutions of tomorrow. It equips you with the knowledge and tools for personal and organisational evolution towards sustainability.
The program includes a total of 15 course days. The second implementation (cohort) of the CAS will occur across four modules on the following dates in 2025:
- Module 1: “Sustainability as Success Factor” 07. – 10.04.2025
- Module 2: “Sustainability Metrics and Supply Chain Mastery” 21. – 22.05.2025 (online)
- Module 3: “Sustainable Business Model Innovation*” 22. – 26.09.2025
- Module 4: “Leadership Skills and Mindsets for Sustainability” 27. – 30.10.2025
*In this Module, we offer distinguished “Impact Accelerator” tracks focused on a) Circular Industries, b) Sustainable Services, and c) Smart Sustainable Cities, interacting with experts and impact-driven enterprises of each sector.
