Programme overview

In today’s high-paced, high-pressure work and life environments, central questions come into focus for experienced professionals over the course of their careers:

  • What’s next? What is my purpose in the future? And how can I build new communities to help realise it?
  • How can I best pass on my skills, knowledge and experience?
  • How can I re-evaluate my approach to health, wealth and well-being?

The NEXT programme helps participants refine their own answers to these questions with a focus on lifelong and intergenerational learning, social impact, and growth and renewal. NEXT offers a unique framework for inspiration, guidance, learning, reflection, development and optimisation to design your future.

  • Your journey to explore what’s next begins with a three-day summit in March.
  • Additionally, you will benefit from continued peer coaching, reverse mentoring as well as regular live online sessions on current topics.
  • If you wish to have a more individualized experience you can book customized sessions tailored to your needs with faculty, coaches and mentors for an additional fee.

NEXT begins in March 2023. We look forward to welcoming you!

Please check back regularly as we are constantly updating our website.

This approach is the winner of the HSG Impact Award of the University of St. Gallen. We will create your portfolio of activities and occupations supporting your purpose, meaning and well-being. We will apply principles to overcome biases such as replacing either-or thinking with differentiated thinking and replacing assumptions with experiences for better decision-making.
