Dr. Mo Razaghi has been the Senior Specialist for Program & Impact Design at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law at the University of St. Gallen since 2023.
His research focuses on the design and evaluation of transformational executive education interventions. He has a special interest in technological innovations and edtech solutions in the field of leadership and business education and their potential in making education more impactful, sustainable and inclusive. His work is at the intersection of digital transformation, instructional design, and leadership and organizational development.
He is one of the co-founders of inoteam.io and also worked as a scientific collaborator at EPFL (CH) and senior project lead for impact at IMD Business Schools (CH).
