Dr Christina Vetsch has been Corporate Communications Manager at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law (ES-HSG) of the University of St.Gallen since August 2022, where she is responsible for organisational communication and communication management.
Her research interests include corporate and organisational communication, public relations and communication management, transcultural communication, organisational culture, crisis communication and international crisis PR.
She studied communication science with a focus on corporate and organisational communication at the University of Salzburg, during which time she gained international experience in Ireland, England and Cyprus.
Christina Vetsch published her dissertation on “International Crisis Public Relations” with Springer Professional in 2016. The social science study was included by Springer in the renowned series Organisational Communication by Günter Bentele and was awarded the Science Prize for Public Relations by the PRVA (Public Relations Association Austria) in 2016.
She previously worked in the media and communications industry in leading positions for private companies, public institutions, associations and foundations in Austria, Germany, Liechtenstein and Switzerland.
