As Corporate Programmes & Business Development Manager at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law of the University St.Gallen (ES-HSG), David is responsible for designing and teaching custom-made executive leadership programmes. Within this role, David also heavily supports several business development initiatives.
Prior to joining the ES-HSG, David worked for twenty years in the financial sector and led growth and transformation initiatives in large multinational companies. He worked extensively with senior leaders, management teams and organisations in complex environments, across sector business functions and geographies.
As a corporate trainer and execute coach, David specialises in developing the individual’s personal resilience and self-leadership abilities. His education covers positive leadership, neuroscience-based emotional skills training, executive career coaching and corporate finance. Not only is David able to effect cultural change, he also has the skill set to measure it.
