Helen Blässar returned to the University of St.Gallen, her alma mater, in May 2024. As a Director Custom Programmes at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law, she is responsible for offering, designing, planning, and executing learning and development programs for corporate clients.
Helen brings over two decades of experience from the Nordics, where she worked as a leadership consultant, helping multinational clients successfully execute strategy by transforming their communication, leadership and culture. In addition to her lic. oec. HSG in finance and accounting, Helen holds an executive master’s in the neuroscience of leadership. She is also a certified leadership coach and facilitator with extensive experience in leading ICF accredited coach certification programs for professional coaches. At the core of her work is enhancing organizational effectiveness by helping people get better at impactful dialogues.
Helen began her career as a strategy consultant at Accenture and has also worked as an internal audit manager at Stora Enso. Additionally, she has lectured in finance and self-leadership at Haaga-Helia University of applied sciences in Finland.
