Melissa Zaugg-Reynolds is Senior Programme Manager for Diversity & Leadership Programmes at the Executive School of the University of St.Gallen.
She heads the Aiming Higher women’s leadership and career development programmes at the University of St. Gallen. She is passionate about creating positive learning experiences and delivering programmes that positively impact gender equality in the Swiss workplace.
Melissa has been working in the area of D&I since 2015 and has solid first-hand experience in D&I research and best practices. Originally from the United States, Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and German from the University of Tennessee and a Master’s degree in International Management from the University of St.Gallen. Besides English, she is also fluent in German and the Swiss dialect.
