The Role of the HBM School of Entrepreneurs

Schwäbisch Hall is located in the economic region of Heilbronn-Franken and probably breaks records with its 25 global market leaders. A total of 515 world market leaders have been identified so far in Germany. These companies can be seen in the Global Market Leaders’ Index for the DACH Region (Germany, Austria, and Switzerland), which is among those compiled by the HBM School of Entrepreneurs. The HBM School of Entrepreneurs has the pleasure of hosting managers from leading global companies.

Content and format of the summit

The core of the three-day summit consists of exciting lectures and discussions about current challenges, as well as personal contact with entrepreneurs and politicians, both domestic and international. The corporate side was represented by established global market leaders like Würth, Nestlé, Symrise, and ebm papst, as well as emerging start-up companies. The policy side was represented by EU commissioners, ambassadors of various countries, and national and regional politicians. The content included questions of the future role of the EU, the consequences of Brexit, challenges and solutions for digitalization, new generations taking over family businesses, and the pioneering spirit of startups.

Most enjoyable were the specific, personal, and passionate performances from practically all the speakers, which were also spurred by the moderators’ brief interview techniques. Cultural highlights deserving mention were the hidden treasures of Academy of Fine Arts Vienna in the Kunsthalle Würth , the concert of the Würth Philharmonic, and the gala dinner of the Hohenlohe star chefs.
