Turn financial data into confident management decisions. This online course from the University of St.Gallen’s Institute for Accounting, Controlling and Auditing helps managers and professionals strengthen their financial and analytical skills and make better-informed choices.
Across five live sessions over three days, you’ll learn to interpret financial information, measure performance with figures such as RoS, RoCE and EVA, and improve planning, budgeting and forecasting. Practical topics include costing, contribution margins, break-even analysis, pricing and cost management.
You’ll also explore how artificial intelligence can support financial analysis, uncover cost drivers and inform performance management.
