In combining latest insights from academia with decades of real-life boardroom experience the St.Gallen Board Programmes aim at strengthen the boardroom effectiveness and corporate governance in organisations.

Co-delivered by Senior Boardroom Decision Makers

The St.Gallen Board Programmes are guided by a group of senior advisors who are prominent chairpersons and board members in Switzerland and Europe. The programmes are closely supported, and partly co-organised, by Egon Zehnder, Europe’s leading leadership advisory and executive search firm. This proximity to practice enables deep learning from first-hand experience and actual boardroom dilemmas which is a key to drawing specific conclusions for one’s successful board career.
