Programme overview
This module explores sustainable business as a core strategic success factor, equipping participants with the tools to embed climate, energy, regulatory, ecosystem, societal and capital-market expectations into strategic planning and operational decision-making. It examines how organisations can align purpose with performance, combining strong financial results with responsible growth and innovation, while operating within planetary boundaries.
Through expert facilitation, applied case work and immersive learning formats, participants develop future-ready organisational strategies that build trust, increase transparency and turn uncertainty and volatility into sources of competitive advantage. The module also addresses how sustainability can be translated into credible market positioning and effective stakeholder engagement, supported by an exclusive live corporate case study with B Lab and leading industry innovators.
The seminar will take place from 20–23 April 2026.
While available as a standalone seminar, this module forms Module 1 of the CAS Leading Sustainable Business Innovation and can be credited toward the overall programme.
