Our EMBA lecturer Jan Marco Leimeister for Digital Business & Data Analytics has been accepted into the prestigious circle of international Senior Fellows at the Schöller Research Centre in Nuremberg. “I am very honoured to receive this award. It is also an incentive to continue to drive forward our research at the Institute for Information Systems (IWI-HSG) – especially on the future of digital work and value creation with generative AI – and to network internationally,” said Marco Leimeister at the award ceremony in Nuremberg.

The Schöller Research Centre supports the Department of Economics at Friedrich-Alexander-Universität (FAU) Erlangen-Nürnberg. Special emphasis is placed on the promotion of interdisciplinary top-level research and networking in an international context.

HSG Professor Jan Marco Leimeister receives the award for his previous research work in the field of business informatics and for a project that investigates how the use of Generative Artificial Intelligence (GenAI) influences the working behaviour of employees and can be designed in a human-centred way.
