Programme overview
Our Risk Management executive course equips leaders with the tools and experiences to navigate complexity and make informed decisions. We help leaders and specialists initiate and continue a structured conversation about organizational risks with their manager, CFO and CEO. Everyone who would like to take a more holistic view of managing risks can benefit from this course, whether already in a specific risk management function or functional leadership role.

Tentative Course Dates: The seminar will take place on the following five days, scheduled from 10 am to 1.30 pm. Each day, we cover three sessions, totaling 3 hours and 30 minutes, including breaks.

- Day 5: Friday, 02 October 2026 – Risk Treatment and Risk Response Strategies

Prof. Dr. Dennis Fehrenbacher
This course is led by Prof. Dr. Dennis Fehrenbacher as Academic Lead. In addition, he invites speakers from practice and academia, depending on the topic of the modules discussed. Prof. Dr. Fehrenbacher has worked for organizations in Europe, the USA and Australia. He is a member of the Swiss (SNV) technical committee that contributes to shaping the Risk Management guidelines of the International Standardization Organization (ISO). He conducts research that include questions on performance and risk management.
