Programme overview

Jointly, we can make a difference and drive the change needed to preserve our living planetary habitat for future generations.

The Regenerative Leadership Programme provides participants with fundamental support in navigating how to personally manage and address two existential and interrelated crises: the crossing of planetary boundaries, and the loss of connectedness to ourselves, others, and nature. It provides space for exploring how to live, thrive and do business in a safe and just operating space for humanity — that space between external planetary boundaries, and just social foundations for all.

To lead regeneratively, we need to start with ourselves, with inner development—but not end there. We need to ask, what do I want to contribute and what am I able to contribute? How can I regenerate myself, land and support the wellbeing of others?  Who are my allies on this journey?

With this retreat-style Programme in nature, we invite you to pause. Reconnect. Rejoice. Reroute. Regenerative Leadership brings together potential allies from across sectors who share the willingness to embark on a pathway of action towards a sustainable future.

An increasing body of scientific work shows that spending time in nature is a powerful way to reconnect with ourselves, others, and the world around us. Offering respite from our daily routines, it can spark individual transformation and have resounding impact in our personal and professional lives.

Regenerative Leadership encourages you to ignite your exploration of your unique role in driving change through expertly designed prompting, immersion in nature and trust-based exchange in a small group of peers. It offers renewed clarity and builds readiness to transform insights into impact – for yourself, your team, your organisation, and beyond.

Learn more about Regenerative Leadership in our two blog articles Realize Regenerative Leadership and Transformative Learning in Nature.

If you register by March 05th 2023, we offer the program at an early bird price of CHF 4000.-.
