Annette Collisy-Lenzen is a Director Custom Programmes at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law at University of St.Gallen since April 2023, and is responsible for offering, designing, planning, and executing learning and development programs for corporate clients. Annette has a passion for and deep experience in leadership development.
She previously worked for Boston Consulting Group (BCG) in various functions i.e., as Global Practice Management Director Public Service, Global L&D Director, HR Director Switzerland, and as Management Consultant. Prior to BCG, Annette worked for Mondelez (Jacobs Suchard), and as a Research Assistant for the Institute of Organizational Psychology at University of Mannheim, Germany. Annette has a master’s in economics and business administration from the same university. She is a certified personal and business Coach, and a team coach.
When designing learning programs and journeys Annette is convinced that behavioral change and ultimately economic success comes from practice and experience, and not only from strategy and knowledge.
