Dr. Dominik Burger-Kloser is project manager at the Competence Centre for Diversity & Inclusion (CCDI) of the University of St.Gallen, where he is mainly responsible for quantitative research projects. Among other things, he leads the annual St. Gallen Diversity Benchmarking for banks and insurance companies.
