Christian Wind (Dr. iur. HSG, Attorney at Law, LL.M., EMBA IMD) is Program Director and responsible for the CAS Compliance Management (CM-HSG) at the Executive School of Management, Technology and Law since January 2023.
His main focus is in the area of compliance, governance and antitrust law. He has developed the model of the compliance cube and has lectured on it and other compliance relevant topics in Switzerland and abroad and published in various media.
In his main profession, he has been working as a partner at the law firm Bratschi AG in Zurich since 2011, where he is co-head of the Practice Groups Compliance & Investigations and Competition & Media. Previously, he spent about 17 years in-house at Revisuisse Price Waterhouse AG (Manager Tax & Legal), F. Hoffmann-La Roche AG (Divisional Counsel Vitamins); Holcim Ltd (Secretary of the Board & Legal Counsel) and Hilti Aktiengesellschaft (General Counsel & Corporate Secretary). His great passion are bows and arrows.
